Any person whom the Police wish to question about an allegation has the right to free and independent advice from a Solicitor.

It is always advisable to have a Solicitor present on such occasions to provide you with specific and detailed advice and to ensure that matters are dealt with fairly.

Our role is to protect your interests.

Legal Aid is available to enable us to advise anybody in such circumstances irrespective of your means or income.

Criminal Court Proceedings

We provide advice and representation to people who find themselves charged with offences, whatever the seriousness.

We endeavour to provide Clients with the benefit of our experience to ensure the best possible outcome.

We are regularly instructed in extremely serious matters of murder, attempted murder, serious drugs offences, serious sexual offences and allegations of serious violence but apply the same principles, experience and enthusiasm to all of our cases, however minor.

We can assist you in making an application for Legal Aid to obtain public funding for your case. Legal Aid in the Magistrates Court is dependent on various criteria relating to your case and also your means.

Legal Aid is available for virtually all cases in the Crown Court.
